Our journal does not charge review fees from authors.
Page Charge
Page charges will be collected for accepted manuscripts, and the editorial department will notify the authors to pay the page charges after acceptance.
Page Charge: 4000 yuan per article
Author Remuneration
According to the sources of manuscripts, such as commissioned submissions and unsolicited submissions, remuneration will be paid to authors in accordance with the regulations of the editorial department.
Advertising Fees
1. Advertisements in this journal are mainly published on the inside back cover and inner pages of the print journal. Their placement is separated from the academic content published in the journal, and advertisements will not influence the journal’s editorial or acceptance decisions regarding any submission.
2. Advertisers shall ensure the authenticity and legality of their advertising content. The journal will verify advertisement content in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Advertising Law. Non-compliant or false advertisements will not be published.
3. Inquiries regarding advertisement placement are welcome. Advertisement content will be reviewed by the editorial department to determine whether it can be published. Advertising fees are determined according to the advertisement position and the number of pages. The fee standards are as follows: 6000 yuan for the inside back cover, 5000 yuan for a double-page spread, and 3000 yuan for a single page.
Sources of Journal Funding
The journal’s funding mainly comes from council membership fees, support from the sponsoring organizations, page charges, advertising fees, and relevant policy support.
