Underground train ticket pricing with sensitivity to users′ socio-economic characteristics
GAO Shaoang;CHEN Qian;WU Chenyang; In the context of MaaS, this paper selects the joint travel of subway, bus, shared bicycle, and online car-hailing as the research objects. Through analysis of the social and economic attribute information of users with different subway usage frequencies, the represented user characteristics under each travel frequency are obtained. Then use the SP to design a personalized package form for each type of user, and analyze the preference degree of different types of users for different fare ticket systems through multiple Logit models. The results show that users with different subway usage frequencies have different sensitivities to package attributes. The user′s age, private car and children, educational background, study status, income, gender, and place of residence all have impacts on the user′s choice. The older the age, the greater the probability of choosing the first-class ticket; the user with children has the greatest probability of choosing the first-class ticket, and the least-probability of the third-class ticket; the higher the educational background, the higher the probability of choosing the third-class ticket; the higher the income, the higher the probability of choosing the first-class ticket; the probability of men choosing the second-class ticket is the greatest, and the probability of the first-class ticket is the smallest; users who live in the city are more willing to choose the first-class ticket. At the end of the study, the optimization strategy of connecting fare is determined from the perspective of package operators and government policies.
Development trend of High-Speed-Railway technology
LU Chunfang;China Academy of Railway Sciences Corporation Limited;China Railway Society;Great achievements have been made in high-speed railway line engineering technologies in China in recent years. This paper summarizes the technical achievements and experience of China′s Railway Science and technology innovation. It is found that the overall trend of China′s high-speed rail technology should focus on four aspects: faster, intelligent, green and economic, and listed the emphases of future work on each aspect. The study can provide reference and support for the national science and technology department and the railway department in formulating the technical policies and establishing the scientific research projects.
